Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Blossom Connections Center, you will engage in a wide range of responsibilities aimed at delivering quality mental health services:

• Conduct Clinical Assessments: Perform thorough clinical assessments to accurately understand patient issues and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer Therapeutic Interventions: Utilize modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address client needs effectively.
• Maintain Clinical Records: Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by meticulously documenting progress notes and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Care Teams: Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to coordinate and enhance patient care.
• Participate in Consultations: Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to foster professional development and improve treatment strategies.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide education on mental health topics, therapeutic options, and available community resources to empower clients and their families.
• Stay Informed: Maintain awareness of current trends and research in mental health to continuously refine your skills and clinical approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
