This position is primarily remote, offering counselors the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients through secure telehealth platforms. • Conduct thorough client assessments and develop tailored therapeutic plans based on individual needs, ensuring each client receives personalized care.
• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address diverse client concerns.
• Lead group therapy sessions and facilitate family and couples therapy, employing collaborative techniques that foster understanding and healing.
• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
• Actively participate in professional development workshops to remain current with the latest trends and research in mental health care.

The clients you will work with encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders will be viewed favorably, enhancing your candidacy.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, complemented by a signing bonus for qualified candidates.
