Harmony House Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Provide comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients seeking outpatient care, utilizing effective therapeutic modalities.
• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ relational and mental health needs, employing tools and techniques to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Apply family systems theory and systemic interventions to effectively address complex relationship dynamics and communication concerns within families.
• Deliver immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary to safeguard the well-being of clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate clients on effective communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms to enhance their emotional skills and resilience.
• Collaborate regularly with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrated care plans designed to bolster client outcomes.
• Remain current with evolving practices in marriage and family therapy through participation in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse client base, including adults, as well as children and adolescents facing various life transitions and challenges. Our ideal candidate will be able to adapt their therapeutic approach to address the needs of different age groups and family structures, ensuring that each client receives tailored support that fosters healing and growth.

• Possession of a current, valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts or equivalent jurisdiction.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a strong focus on marriage and family therapy.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients on a meaningful level.
• A strong commitment to upholding ethical principles and maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions.
• A capacity to work independently while also thriving within a collaborative clinical environment.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of clients, while maintaining a focus on self-care and work-life balance.

• Experience in providing outpatient therapeutic services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital resources that enhance access to care and client engagement.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including varying cultural backgrounds and family structures.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a signing bonus for new licensed therapists joining our team. Our compensation package also includes additional long-term incentive stock awards, demonstrating our commitment to the ongoing success of our staff.
