• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and behavioral issues, family dynamics, and academic challenges, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies.
• Develop and implement distinct treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions based on each client’s unique needs and progress.
• Monitor client progress regularly through ongoing assessment and therapeutic feedback, adapting plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
• Maintain a strict adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality in all interactions with clients while following local and national legal standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with emerging trends, treatment modalities, and best practices in mental health care.
• Cultivate a strong therapeutic alliance with clients by promoting trust, empathy, and understanding, ultimately fostering a supportive environment for healing.

The clientele served in this role encompasses a diverse range of backgrounds, primarily focusing on school-aged children and adolescents who are encountering various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. The position requires building rapport and trust with young clients, their families, and educational professionals to create comprehensive support systems around them.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills are essential, complemented by effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, particularly within school settings or private practice.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and familiarity with the dynamics of working with school-aged clients.
