• Provide individual mental health counseling via secure video conferencing, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to therapy.

You will serve adults with stable, low-acuity mental health needs, ranging from anxiety and depression to life transitions and relational challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold one of the following licenses to practice independently:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Candidates must not have a limited or provisional license and should not have any disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature are essential for client engagement and trust-building.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing computer-based systems for documentation and client management.

Experience in teletherapy or a remote counseling environment is advantageous, as we aim to provide prompt and effective care to our clients. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based practices, is desirable.
