Entryway Family & Psychiatric Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. This position offers a unique opportunity for a skilled therapist to provide essential services to a diverse patient community, with a salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus. The ideal candidate will possess the certification of Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

This role is designed to provide maximum flexibility as it will be primarily remote, allowing you to perform your work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of patients, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed.
• Deliver short-term counseling and crisis intervention interventions tailored to a range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops focusing on key topics such as coping mechanisms, mindfulness, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with hospital departments and community organizations to support integrated patient care, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health management.
• Participate in outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health literacy and providing preventive resources during wellness events.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Must possess an active state license, including LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Prior experience in a hospital, outpatient, or community mental health setting is highly desirable.
• Experience using telehealth platforms or virtual counseling methodologies is an advantage given our remote setting.
