Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) to join our team at Baihealth Medical Therapy. Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, which allows you to conduct therapy sessions from a location that suits you best. You will leverage technology to engage clients through video conferencing and secure messaging via our Simple Practice platform. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health needs, challenges, and strengths.
  • Create individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of your clients.
  • Provide ongoing counseling and therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients using video conferencing, ensuring a supportive and professional environment.

Qualifications
