Weโ€™re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our small team and work across many brand touchpoints, from marketing campaigns to motion, video, web, presentations, events, and print.ย 

As a high level IC youโ€™ll partner closely with the Creative Director and collaborate with teams across the company. We move quickly and support a wide range of projects, so we value clear communication, adaptability, and designers who take ownership and help move work forward.

This role is a great fit for someone who would like to own projects end-to-end, enjoys managing stakeholders, and designing across multiple mediums while contributing to brand growth.

About this role:1. Brand Design

Design within and help evolve Loftโ€™s brand system under the direction of the Creative Director, producing high-quality assets across digital and print, motion and static. 70% of the role focuses on brand design, while the remaining will support motion or video work to help expand an important capability within the team.ย 

2. Project Ownership + Collaborationย 

Lead creative projects from concept through delivery, translating briefs into strong design solutions while guiding timelines, stakeholders, and feedback. Act as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, proactively clarifying needs, aligning expectations, and helping drive projects forward to ensure design solutions support shared goals

Our team handles a high volume of work across many partners located in several different timezones. The right candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable doing and guiding while remaining flexible, approachable, and open to feedback. Occasional travel to Loft offices will be needed for projects and offsite meetings.ย 

3. The Creative Studio Team

Youโ€™ll be the third member of the Creative Studio. We support each other through open communication across timezones, and work to craft a consistent, compelling visual identity that represents Loftโ€™s brand personality which is: bold, smart, vibrant and positive.

Must Haves:
  • 10+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design across digital and physical formatsย 
  • Strong portfolio showing brand systems plus motion and/or video work
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with openness to additional tools like Canva, AI, and others as needed
  • Ability to own and manage several projects at one time, and end-to-end
  • Clear communication, ability to move through ambiguity and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing vendors and external partners to deliver creative work

Weโ€™re especially excited about designers who bring additional capabilities (T-shaped), or who are interested in growing other skillsets to expand cross-functional support. Skill areas that would be most useful:

State law requires us to tell you the base compensation range for this role, which is $100,000- $130,000 per year. This is determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.ย  The salary range for this role is intentionally wide as we evaluate individuals based on their unique experience and abilities to fit our needs.
