• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, regularly modifying care plans based on clients' progress and evolving needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other mental health providers, community resources, and family members, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
• Provide referrals to external resources such as support groups, psychiatric care, and community programs, enhancing clients' access to comprehensive support.
• Engage in regular communication with clients, safeguarding compliance with mental health regulations and standards set by federal and state authorities.
• Utilize a thorough understanding of the Mental Health Practice Act to ensure that all therapeutic interventions are ethically sound and legally compliant.
• Document client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality while maintaining a thorough understanding of client needs and treatment outcomes.
• Advocate effectively for clients' and families' needs in coordination with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions between levels of care.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population experiencing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Elevance Counseling LLCC serves clients from numerous backgrounds, emphasizing cultural competence and individualized care approaches to meet unique client needs while providing a supportive atmosphere for healing and growth.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and current state licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or a licensed psychologist.
• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources and therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings, especially in a remote capacity.
• Background in crisis intervention and family therapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity and adeptness with electronic health record systems for efficient documentation.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
