• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients through telehealth, exploring their psychological needs and barriers to mental wellness.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized care plans that aim to holistically support our elderly clients.
• Educate family members and caregivers on communication strategies and mental health interventions that enhance the well-being of their loved ones.
• Provide specialized grief and loss counseling to help clients and families navigate end-of-life issues with dignity and support.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited university or institution.
