• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment strategies.
• Document all clinical interactions and treatment progress thoroughly and efficiently, ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards and organization policies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to accurately assess patient needs, collaborating with the clinical team to implement appropriate interventions.
• Play an integral role in the development and execution of positive behavior support plans in conjunction with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our clinic meets all required standards.
• Act as a liaison with local service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive client care.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to uphold contract standards and promote the mission of the clinic.
• Foster and maintain relationships with various agencies to identify new partnership opportunities and enhance program visibility.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and participating in relevant committees and task forces.
• Promote the organizational mission and values in all interactions and services offered.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director that align with your professional expertise.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license from the state board.

• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Sound decision-making abilities grounded in professional knowledge and ethical considerations.

We offer a competitive salary between USD 86,000 and USD 103,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
