• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, employing evidence-based practices to manage various mental health conditions.
• Assess client needs and establish personalized treatment plans to address their specific therapeutic goals.
• Document session notes and treatment progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with best practices in clinical documentation.
• Engage in professional development activities, sharing insights and strategies with fellow therapists while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Respond to patient inquiries and adjust treatment plans based on feedback and assessment outcomes to ensure optimal care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and consultations to enhance the quality of care provided and integrate new therapeutic techniques into practice.

You will primarily work with adults who seek support for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in helping these clients navigate their challenges and improve their well-being using structured therapy. Given the online nature of our practice, you will connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, enriching your experience and broadening your professional perspective.

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license as a social worker, counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist (e.g., LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and progress notes.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license in any jurisdiction.

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions, with a solid understanding of best practices in remote counseling.
