Job description

Registered Nurse- Remote

At Aspire365, our mission is to deliver the highest quality, evidence-based care to individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. Using a wraparound approach, we integrate a team of therapists, nurses, psychiatrists, peer coaches, and case managers to create a comprehensive support network for our clients. This multidisciplinary collaboration ensures that every aspect of a client’s well-being is addressed, fostering recovery, stability, and long-term success. Our intensive, evidence-based program is designed to effectively treat chronic conditions and help clients achieve lasting wellness.

Aspire365 is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our multidisciplinary team in providing exceptional care to clients navigating mental health and substance use challenges. • Provide client-centered care through frequent telehealth sessions, ensuring high-quality nursing support tailored to mental health and substance use challenges.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, including vital signs, sleep patterns, and nutritional status, and create individualized care plans.
  • Support medication-assisted treatment (MAT) by coordinating with providers, ordering medications, and handling prior authorizations.
  • Monitor clients’ sleep and collaborate on the development and implementation of sleep plans.
  • Conduct health and wellness checkups, including tracking and documenting clinical observations.

  • Actively participate in data collection and research efforts in partnership with Yale University School of Medicine.
  • Maintain consistent communication and coordination with therapists, psychiatrists, peer coaches, and case managers as part of Aspire365’s wraparound care approach.
  • Address client concerns by managing prescription line emails, fax requests, lab results, and patient records in a timely and organized manner.
  • Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as HIPAA guidelines, while delivering ethical and professional care.
  • Attend training sessions and team coordination meetings to stay updated on Aspire365’s evidence-based curriculum and best practices.
