Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing your skills to create a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Employ solution-focused treatment methodologies and therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the needs and goals of your clients while encouraging self-efficacy and personal growth.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insight into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, promoting deeper understanding and lasting change.
• Continuously assess client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure effective coping strategies are developed and maintained.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our counseling team, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health issues. These may include anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Our targeted interventions aim to empower clients to improve their mental health and overall quality of life through understanding, skill-building, and support.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold one of the following licenses, enabling you to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Only applicants with a full, unrestricted license will be considered; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, compassion, and a commitment to providing high-quality care to clients are essential.
• Strong computer skills are necessary to navigate our user-friendly telehealth platform and electronic record-keeping systems.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred, demonstrating a proven track record of success in mental health counseling.
