Key Responsibilities

As a Remote LPC, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical, empathetic individual counseling sessions through secure video chat, creating a supportive online environment.
• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused approaches, to guide clients toward meaningful outcomes.
• Designing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique mental health needs, goals, and backgrounds.
• Fostering clients' self-awareness by helping them gain insights into their emotions, behaviors, and relationships through active listening and reflective questioning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology.
• A valid, fully licensed status to practice independently as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) without supervision.
• Demonstrated ethical practice with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and an ability to build rapport with clients easily.
• Strong proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for counseling and client management.

Preferred Experience
