Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans using appropriate therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, based on client preferences.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress toward established therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment strategies when necessary.
• Offer teletherapy services that accommodate various accessibility needs, ensuring every client receives quality care.
• Maintain precise and ethical documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans to uphold professional standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists of individuals facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related challenges, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or psychologist (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated through previous client interactions or therapeutic experiences.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse populations and their unique life experiences.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, crucial for efficient scheduling and client follow-ups in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth therapy or specialized training in trauma-informed care will be prioritized, as these skills align well with our client's needs. Additionally, experience working with children, adolescents, or specific therapeutic modalities can enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a highly competitive salary range between USD 90,000 – 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities. In addition to a rewarding financial package, we provide the following benefits:
