Work Environment

This role is structured as a full-time remote position, allowing the Clinical Social Worker to work from the comfort of their home while reaching students from various school settings across Aurora, Colorado. Utilizing advanced communication tools, the LCSW will engage with clients through phone calls and video conferencing. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their unique circumstances, needs, and the challenges they face.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during critical situations.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, assessments, and referrals in accordance with organizational policies and legal guidelines.
• Provide tailored support and information to clients and their families, helping them navigate available resources and community services.
• Facilitate access to additional agencies and programs that can further assist clients in managing their situations.
• Engage clients in helpful activities designed to promote emotional and social well-being.
• Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision opportunities to enhance professional development and service delivery.
• Monitor and report any signs of child abuse or neglect, collaborating with appropriate authorities as needed.

This position primarily focuses on serving children and adolescents in a school environment. It requires an understanding of the developmental needs and challenges faced by young individuals. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.
• A current LCSW license in the state of Colorado is required.
• At least two years of clinical experience, ideally within school settings or working with youth populations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated organizational abilities and planning skills to manage multiple cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
