Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, personal history, and treatment objectives.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly revising them based on client progress and feedback.
• Engage clients in collaborative discussions to enhance their commitment to the treatment plan and foster a strong therapeutic alliance.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal standards while maintaining confidentiality in all dealings with clients.
• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions, integrating the latest best practices into therapeutic approaches.
• Provide guidance and practical strategies to help clients navigate their life challenges effectively, facilitating their personal growth and healing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and personal growth challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a genuine empathy for clients navigating mental health challenges.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years’ experience working in a clinical setting, ideally within a private practice environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 80,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
