• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, collaboratively creating customized treatment plans to outline therapeutic goals and interventions.
• Provide individualized short-term counseling sessions tailored to clients presenting various psychological challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions.
• Facilitate engaging virtual therapy groups and workshops that discuss essential topics such as stress management, coping skills, and personal development strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, social workers, and support services, to ensure holistic care and wrap-around support for clients.
• Participate in community outreach efforts, such as mental health awareness campaigns, to promote mental health education and reduce stigma surrounding therapy.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions in compliance with confidentiality regulations and best practices, ensuring proper record-keeping and progress monitoring.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, with a Master’s or doctoral degree preferred.
• Proven understanding of mental health issues and treatment practices relevant to patients accessing remote care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients, promoting a therapeutic alliance.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapy modalities designed for the telehealth environment will be an advantage.
• A strong ability to manage a diverse caseload, navigating various therapeutic issues while prioritizing care effectively is crucial.

• Experience in teletherapy or digital mental health platforms is preferred, enabling smooth transitions to remote care.
• Background in working with underserved populations or community mental health settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with legal and ethical standards in mental health counseling, particularly concerning remote therapeutic practices.
