• Deliver personalized psychotherapy and mental health services to students coping with a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of each student's emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to understand their unique needs.
• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive, adapting approaches as necessary based on student progress.
• Facilitate psycho-educational workshops for students and families to improve awareness of mental health issues and enhance coping strategies.
• Work in partnership with educators, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care that holistically addresses student needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track treatment efficacy and outcomes.
• Adhere to rigorous ethical practices, ensuring confidentiality and obtaining informed consent from students and families throughout the therapeutic process.

In this role, you will work primarily with students in an educational setting, ranging from elementary through high school, many of whom face challenges like social anxiety, academic pressure, trauma, and emotional distress. Your expertise will empower students to navigate these challenges effectively, promoting resilience and personal growth while fostering a supportive school environment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of directly related experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services, preferably within a school setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong therapeutic relationships with students and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed assessments and design individualized treatment plans based on evidence and best practices.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth technology to manage cases and document care effectively.
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and strategies, as well as the unique challenges faced by children and adolescents.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of practice.

• Experience working in school-based mental health programs.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and techniques.
• Ability to utilize community resources and collaborate with local organizations to support student needs.
