About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team focused on the diverse and dynamic NAM market. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in SaaS sales, a deep understanding of the vacation rental or hospitality tech industry, and demonstrable experience leading multilingual, remote sales teams.
As the NAM Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching and developing a team of Account Executives, and refining our sales strategy to capture market share across the region. This is a fully remote position, and you will be a key leader in our global sales organization.
Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of remote Account Executives across the NAM region. Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven culture.
  • Performance Management: Set clear sales targets and KPIs. Conduct regular pipeline reviews, 1-on-1s, and coaching sessions to ensure the team meets and exceeds individual and collective goals.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the NAM market, identifying key growth opportunities, target segments, and effective go-to-market tactics.
  • Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Take ownership of the NAM sales pipeline from lead to close, ensuring predictable and consistent revenue growth.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment, provide market feedback, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Market Expertise: Serve as an expert on the NAM vacation rental market, staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior leadership.

  • Sales Leadership: 5+ years of experience in a sales role, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management or team lead position within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • NAM Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the diverse business cultures, languages, and market dynamics across the NAM region.
  • Remote Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing and motivating a fully remote, geographically distributed sales team.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with modern sales tools, including CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales engagement platforms, and communication tools.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions, forecast accurately, and manage team performance.
  • Excellent Communicator: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. You are a natural coach and relationship-builder.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous remote work environment.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the vacation rental, property management, or hospitality technology (PropTech/HospiTech) industry is a bonus.
