As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients improve their mental health. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to share their experiences.
• Facilitating discussions about emotions and personal narratives, supporting clients in developing deeper insight into their behaviors and relationships.
• Assisting clients in setting meaningful therapeutic goals, acting as an advocate throughout their journey.
• Completing comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health status, formulating, and implementing targeted treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to form trusting relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.
