What you can expect
Frontend & Experience Development
  • Build modern, high-performance web interfaces for complex applications
  • Translate UX/UI concepts into scalable frontend architectures
  • Design interfaces that make complex AI and agent-driven systems intuitive and usable
  • Ensure consistent, responsive, and high-quality user experiences across devices
  • Contribute to RFPs, pitches, and interactive prototypes

API & Backend Integration
  • Develop and integrate APIs for data- and AI-driven applications
  • Integrate agentic workflows and orchestration layers into usable application logic
  • Work with structured data models, authentication, and interface logic

System Thinking & Collaboration
  • Act as the interface layer between users and agentic systems-making multi-agent workflows accessible and controllable
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, AI Engineers, and Solution Architects
  • Design modular components and reusable system patterns
  • Bring structure to technical decisions and reduce system complexity

What we'd love to see
  • Several years of experience building modern web applications (frontend + API)
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue
  • Experience designing and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs
  • Experience with AI/GenAI integrations (e.g. OpenAI, Gemini APIs)
  • Solid understanding of state management, performance, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Experience with backend technologies (e.g. Node.js, Express, FastAPI)
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (e.g. Storybook, Tailwind, shadcn/ui)
  • Understanding of cloud-based architectures and deployment processes
  • Fluency in German and English (C1)
  • Work permit for Germany and at least one year of work onsite in Germany

Nice to have
  • Experience with real-time technologies (WebSockets, streaming)
  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, or platforms like Cloud Run, Vercel, or Kubernetes
  • Experience with headless CMS, DAM, or MarTech systems
  • Passion for building clean, scalable, and understandable frontend architectures
