Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP EWM Enterprise Applications Consultant
As a Principal Enterprise Applications SAP EWM consultant, you will be a expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 11 years of experience in SAP EWM Skills
  • At least 2 end to end life cycle implementation / roll outs in S4 HANA in EWM process area
  • Should have at least two-three end to end implementation projects and at least one where performed as Solution Architect preferably at client location. Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP EWM project implementations
  • Must have experience in integration of EWM with automated warehouse - inbound and outbound processes, ASRS integration, AGV and MiR integration
  • Must have experience in integration of EWM with Manufacturing and Quality Management modules
  • Must have good knowledge in following IM areas: Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Stock types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination and Valuation
  • Must have good knowledge in following WM areas: WM Master Data, Inbound / Outbound delivery processing, Transfer Orders, Cycle Counts, Inventory reconciliation, Shipping and Transportation Management, Mobile Data Entry and RF units
  • Must have good knowledge in following EWM areas: Integration with ECC, Inbound Processing Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration
  • Good Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules SD, MM, PP, Manufacturing and QM
  • Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.
  • Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare requirement document, functional specifications.
  • Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment.
  • Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool and testing tool
  • Handled post go live critical issue resolving till stabilization.
  • Must have an experience working in an environment utilizing number of non ECC systems like MES, WES using interfaces such as PI, ALE etc.
  • Basic understanding of custom code along with basic debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of S/4 HANA simplifications in logistics area will be an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
  • Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead team in resolving complex issues in a fast pace and challenging environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ : $116700 to $150000
