Job description

FabFitFun is seeking an AI Solutions Architect who thrives at the intersection of technology and operations to join our team.

This isn't a traditional engineering role. We're looking for someone who grew up with AI tools, thinks in workflows, and gets restless watching humans do things that should be automated. You'll be embedded directly inside our business teams: Merchandising, CS, Ops, Finance, Marketing and your job is simple: find the inefficiency, build the fix, ship it.

You don't need 10 years of experience. You need judgment, speed, and the ability to go from "here's the problem" to "here's the working solution" faster than anyone else in the room.

Location:

This role is based out of our HQ in Beverly Hills, CA and is not eligible for remote. We are presently operating from a hybrid schedule of 4 days a week in-office (Monday - Thursday).

What You’ll Do:
  • Shadow business teams, map their workflows, and identify where AI/automation creates the most leverage
  • Build and deploy AI agents, automated pipelines, and LLM-powered tools that replace manual, repetitive work
  • Own projects end-to-end - from scoping with a non-technical stakeholder to deploying something that runs in production
  • Use the right tools for the job: Python when needed, no-code/low-code (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.) when faster
  • Design prompts, agentic workflows, and guardrails that make AI outputs reliable enough to trust at scale
  • Support employees and teams in the change management process to actually adopt the tools you build
  • Lead the development of Conversational AI and CX applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows that drive measurable ROI.
  • Design and optimize prompt frameworks and AI workflows.
  • Deploy scalable, production-grade automation solutions.
  • Report directly on impact: hours saved, error rates reduced, revenue influenced

What You’ll Bring:

  • The ability to build AI agents or LLM-powered tools in a real environment (personal projects count - show us what you've shipped)
  • Genuine fluency with modern AI tooling: GPT-4/Claude APIs, LangChain or similar frameworks, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines
  • Comfort with no-code/low-code automation platforms alongside the ability to write Python when the tools fall short
  • The instinct to ask "what's the business outcome here" before writing a single line of code
  • Strong communication skills - you'll be in rooms with people who don't know what an API is, and you need to earn their trust
  • A bias for action and a low tolerance for unnecessary process
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Bonus if you have:
    • Experience in eCommerce, subscription, or DTC environments
    • Familiarity with customer service platforms (Zendesk, Dixa, etc.), ERPs, or warehouse/ops tooling
    • Any background in change management or process redesign

What You’ll Get! The Benefits & Perks of FabFitFun

  • Unlimited PTO
  • Generous parental leave
  • Medical, Dental & Vision
  • 401K & 401K Match
  • Pet insurance available for any FFF furry friends
  • Complimentary annual FFF subscription with seasonal $25 credit for e-commerce flash sales
  • Donation matching program via BrightFunds, where the company matches up to $500 in charitable donations per employee annually

Compensation

This is a full-time position with an expected base salary range of $90K - $125K plus annual bonus eligibility. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits. Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
