Project & Support Management
- Lead and coordinate daily support operations for the cloud-hosted web application.
- Create and maintain support plans, service-level agreements (SLAs), and issue-tracking documentation.

- Manage small to mid-scale enhancement projects from planning to execution.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Governance & Compliance
- Ensure operations comply with relevant security, data protection, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation on operational best practices, governance frameworks, and risk management protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of project management experience in a technical or cloud-based environment.
- Hands-on experience managing support or development projects for cloud-hosted applications, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
