Job description

We are ServiceMaster Restoration Services. One of the largest disaster restoration companies in the US - we provide water damage and fire damage services to residential and commercial customers - is in search of a Construction Estimator for the San Francisco Bay Area. For context, our company is backed by one of the world's most successful private equity companies in Bain Capital, is managed by an experienced senior leadership team, and is growing at 20%+ year over year while executing on an exciting M&A roll-up strategy.
The Construction Estimator is responsible assessing projects costs and creating accurate estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses. The primary goal of a Construction Estimator is to provide accurate cost projections to help clients, project managers make informed decisions about the feasibility of a construction project.
Responsibilities:
  • Estimating of residential and commercial insurance losses in accordance with insurance and industry guidelines
  • Gaining agreed scope of work with insurance carriers and adjusters
  • Selling our construction services to prospective customers
  • Acting as first point of contact for new customers, gathering accurate information, and scope of work,
