• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, emphasizing evidence-based intervention techniques.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective treatment strategies that foster client growth.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide a seamless continuum of care.
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving therapeutic outcomes.

In your role as an LCSW at REBORN, you will work primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will guide clients of diverse backgrounds through individualized therapeutic processes, promoting healing and resilience in the face of adversity.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, highlighting your academic foundation in social work principles.
• Current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas, showcasing your professional qualifications.
• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, reinforcing your ability to effectively support diverse client needs.
• Strong knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques, allowing you to implement tailored interventions that prioritize client-centered treatment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate the building of therapeutic relationships with clients and families.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
