In this full-time remote role, counselors will work from the comfort of their own home while engaging with clients via telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized therapy strategies, conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine client needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

  • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, actively participating in case reviews and quality assurance processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits
