Job description

We are seeking an experienced on-site healthcare recruiter to join our team as a Senior Recruiter and shape the future of our workforce!

The Royster Group, Inc. is a leader in providing executive search, government solutions, and healthcare staffing. We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our corporate team to execute full-cycle recruiting processes to meet healthcare staffing and executive search business goals.

Duties Include

  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts and strategic partners to leverage for hard to fill positions and positions in remote locations.
  • Develop talent pipelines by fostering relationships with professional associations and other specialty organizations.
  • Source professional candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business administration or a related field.
  • Seven years of experience in a corporate or agency setting with at least 4 years of experience recruiting senior-level professionals and physicians/advanced practice healthcare providers.
  • Experience recruiting for federal contract positions is a plus.
