• Provide timely therapy sessions to clients at their scheduled appointment times, ensuring a professional and respectful environment.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to address mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and relational challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, regularly evaluating client progress and adapting interventions as necessary.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and confidentiality protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and consult on complex cases.
• Offer guidance and consultation to caregivers and family members to foster a holistic understanding of client needs.

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing significant life transitions, families navigating relational stressors, and adults dealing with mental health disorders. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current, active License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills to facilitate effective therapy sessions and documentation.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in all interactions.

• Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and technology to enhance client engagement.
