  • Educate clients on market drivers, capacity costs, transmission charges, and pricing risks.
  • Assist customers with energy management initiatives, conservation efforts, demand response participation, curtailment programs, and other cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to deliver sophisticated energy risk management solutions.
Business Development
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals, existing client relationships, chambers of commerce, industry associations, affinity partners, networking, and community engagement.

  • Ability to understand and explain complex information to business decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, networking events, chamber activities, industry conferences, and partner engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in energy consulting, energy procurement, energy brokerage, utility services, or deregulated energy markets.
  • Knowledge of PJM electricity markets.

  • Familiarity with electricity supply procurement, natural gas procurement, or energy risk management.
  • Experience working with chambers of commerce, trade associations, economic development organizations, or professional networking groups.
  • Existing business relationships within Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, or other PJM markets.
  • Experience in financial advisory services, insurance brokerage, business consulting, or relationship-based sales organizations.
Equivalent Experience Considered

We recognize that successful consultants come from many professional backgrounds. Candidates with experience in relationship-based sales, financial services, mortgage brokerage, insurance, military leadership, business consulting, or other client-focused industries are encouraged to apply.
