As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will leverage your skills in a variety of therapeutic modalities to support young adults in our outpatient treatment programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions designed to encourage peer connection, sharing of experiences, and collective learning.
• Individual Therapy Sessions: Provide tailored counseling services, helping clients examine their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to craft actionable coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique experiences and aspirations.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress, ensuring adaptive changes to treatment plans that promote successful outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and share insights to enhance client outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, a critical transitional age where mental health challenges often peak. This demographic frequently includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and identity development challenges. Your expertise will empower them to navigate life transitions safely and effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s degree and relevant licensure is strongly preferred.
• Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) certification.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a passion for working with young adults.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to creating a safe space for clients.
• Proficiency in the use of telehealth platforms and technology to deliver effective counseling services.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are advantageous:

• Prior experience in telehealth counseling or remote therapy.
• Background in working with adolescent and young adult populations.
• Experience in group therapy facilitation and treatment planning.
• Familiarity with various assessment tools and therapeutic approaches.
