• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, collecting vital information regarding clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems to create a holistic understanding of their needs.
• Deliver individualized therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and the interventions required to reach them, ensuring regular updates based on client progress.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate care effectively and address complex issues holistically.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments and collaborating with families to create safety plans that prioritize client well-being.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment modalities in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, therapeutic support groups, and other community-based resources to promote client engagement and understanding of mental health wellness.

As a Senior LCSW, you will work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and principled treatment approaches.

• Familiarity with community resources in Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas to provide clients with additional support.
• Previous involvement in crisis intervention or specialized focused therapies, such as EMDR, is advantageous.
