Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SEO Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise SEO strategy, technical SEO, and analytics and a proven ability to drive organic growth, improve search and AI visibility, and lead cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, prioritize, and implement SEO recommendations for multiple domains, subdomains, and mobile apps.
  • Partner with IT and vendor teams to integrate SEO requirements early in the web development lifecycle.
  • Monitor Google Search Console and other tools to detect and resolve technical or quality issues impacting visibility.
  • Build dashboards, KPIs, project analyses, monthly recaps, and routine performance reports.
  • Coordinate execution of SEO initiatives and content workflows using project-management tools.
  • Collaborate with third-party consultants and vendors to measure results and troubleshoot issues affecting organic traffic and rankings.
  • Set goals, propose roadmaps, and execute plans that align with business outcomes.
  • Stay current with algorithm updates and evolving best practices to protect SEO health.
  • Support backlinking and other strategic SEO programs as directed by the SEO Manager.
  • Create functional requirements for onsite search enhancements and partner through implementation, testing, and release.
  • Develop and maintain reporting that connects organic search and AI visibility to business outcomes, including topic-level visibility.
  • Work with Digital Analytics, UX, Web Operations, IT, PMO, Ontology, and others to define taxonomy, data standards, and guidelines to improve search relevance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on SEO experience with enterprise or complex brands, leading strategy and execution.
  • Advanced technical SEO expertise, including crawlability, site performance, structured data, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytics skills with experience in Google Analytics 360, Adobe CJA, Google Search Console, and large-scale data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Python, APIs, SQL, and data mining for reporting and insights generation.
  • Experience measuring performance across traditional search and AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI experiences.
  • Entity and structured-data optimization expertise, including schema, semantic HTML, metadata, content architecture, and passage-level retrieval.
  • Experience with SEO content development and management, keyword research, link acquisition, and outreach.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical plans and reporting solutions.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Conductor, Google Ads, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO platforms.
  • Familiarity with CMS environments such as Sitecore and WordPress, and knowledge of HTML/CSS and site administration.
  • Background in SEM, Social Media, and eCommerce.
  • SEO certification.

Education & Experience:

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years agency experience or managing enterprise SEO campaigns, including SEM and SEO strategy development and technical audits.
  • 3+ years leading projects in complex environments and working cross-functionally.
  • 3+ years in SEO content development/management, keyword research, link acquisition, and content promotion.
