• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status, taking time to understand their unique circumstances and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, consistently reviewing and modifying goals as client needs evolve.
• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques via secure telehealth platforms, engaging clients in various modalities like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate ongoing client collaboration, providing continuous support and adapting methodologies to best fit each individual's therapeutic journey.
• Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational skills for managing therapy schedules and required documentation effectively.

• Experience providing teletherapy or online counseling services, demonstrating adaptability to virtual platforms.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices relevant to diverse client needs.
• Prior experience working within inpatient or outpatient mental health settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
