We are currently looking to hire a Security Operations Coordinator to join our Corporate team in Kirkland, WA!

*While a Pacific Time (PT) base is preferred, we are truly open to remote candidates across all U.S. time zones. We ask that all team members maintain meaningful overlap with PST core business hours, and are happy to work with the right candidate on a schedule that fits.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Security Operations Coordinator manages client and vendor interactions to support physical security needs. The Security Operations Coordinator will maintain regular communications with client teams, advising the client's security strategy and facilitating the execution of tasks of varying scales to meet client needs. The Security Operations Coordinator will also oversee vendor relationships, providing specific instructions on the completion of a task. As the primary point of contact for both clients and vendors, the Security Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining professional and efficient communications with all stakeholders. 

The Security Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the oversight of all tasks, assisting the client in making intelligent and comprehensive decisions regarding their security posture. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage organization, client, and vendor relationships as identified and specified by the Director of Security Operations. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to oversee Concentric's suite of physical security services for all client portfolios assigned to the coordinator (15-20 regular clients, other clients as assigned). Develop standard operating procedures and profiles for all assigned clients. 
  • Assess the security implications and needs of client requests, and advise appropriate security solutions given the parameters of known client preferences, history of engagement with the client, and the security environment of each task. 
  • Coordinate with Concentric's internal teams to ensure all functions required by clients are met. Liaise with internal teams to develop Concentric's overall strategy for each client.
  • Receive client feedback directly and incorporate changes to Concentric client portfolios.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regular and ad hoc tasks initiated by assigned clients (typically, 5-10 tasks per week). 
  • Assess the feasibility of client requests given the vision, mission, and values of Concentric. 
  • Make informed decisions about vendor and client rates.
  • Maintain responsibility for: vendor engagement, facilitation of pre-employment screening, facilitation of onboarding paperwork, and management of vendor relationships in the long term. 
  • Manage staff/vendor assignments and scheduling for each task.
  • Oversee GSOC response and engagement with assigned tasks and clients. 
  • Provide regular and timely updates to the client during the duration of tasks. 
  • Maintain 24/7 on-call availability to serve as the primary point of contact for emergency response and crisis intervention/mitigation for GSOC, assigned clients, vendors, and tasks. The coordinator will also be responsible for assessing the need for senior leadership team intervention. 
  • Administer all administrative functions related to the oversight of past, present, and future tasks, including: 
  • Perform invoice review and reconciliation of all expenses related to all assigned tasks in support of Concentric's AP/AR functions. 
  • Manage Concentric credit card and reconciliation (in Concur) of expenses incurred by day-to-day tasks.
  • Edit reports submitted by staff and vendors, and present to clients.
  • Compose proposals and estimates for new client services. 
  • Travel on behalf of Concentric to represent the company in client meetings, industry conventions, and business development opportunities. 
  • This position requires up to 25% travel. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in security, project management, business administration, or related degrees.
  • 2+ years working in a client-focused work environment.
  • Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in security, project management, business administration, or related degrees.
