Project Manager (Remote)
Location: Remote (Must reside in: AL, GA, FL, IL, HI, OH, MI, MS, NC, PA, SC, TX)
Pay: $33-$36/hour
Duration: 5-month contract (July - December)
Openings: 12
Requirements: Must have signage experience


Overview

Staffing Solutions Enterprises is hiring multiple Project Managers to support a high-volume, multi-site signage and brand implementation program. This is a fully remote contract role ideal for candidates who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from kickoff through completion (scope, schedule, budget, quality)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, field services)
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and execution plans
  • Source and manage installers and subcontractors
  • Track project progress, financials, and key milestones
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Communicate project updates to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Qualifications
  • Experience managing projects in the following:
    • Signage
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Working knowledge of budgeting and project financial tracking
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred (not required)
