Job Summary

SENIOR CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER

MADHUB

Full-time

Remote | Toronto, ON, Canada

The Role
We’re looking for someone who sees ten moving pieces and somehow makes them all land on time, on brand, and better than anyone expected. You’re passionate, proactive, and thrive on efficiency.
You’ll own the full creative production lifecycle across Paid Ads, Email, Packaging/Print, and Organic Social - the connective tissue between big-picture strategy and the work that actually ships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Being the client’s favourite call. You translate campaign needs into clear production direction, making sure all the moving parts sing like a choir.

  • Staying three steps ahead. Projects don’t slip on your watch - you see bottlenecks coming before anyone else does and handle them quietly.

  • Rewriting the playbook. You’re not just following process - you’re improving it. You spot friction, fix it, and rebuild workflows to move faster without cutting corners.

  • Writing briefs that actually inspire. Your briefs give the creative team real direction — audience psychology, platform dynamics, what success looks like - not just a checklist.

  • Eagle eyes: As material moves from design production to client review, you'll review to make sure nothing is missed before handing it off. From video ad hooks and email layouts to print-ready material-ensuring they meet both brand standards and performance needs.

The Kind of Person You Are
You’re the energy in the room without being the loudest one in it. You hold people accountable in a way that makes them want to do better, not feel bad. You solve problems before anyone knows there was one.
You genuinely love seeing great creative work ship - and you take personal pride in being the reason it did.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in an agency environment, with a track record of growing into bigger responsibilities over time

  • A real creative and design background - you speak the language and catch the details that matter across every format and material

  • Fluency in ClickUp, and familiarity with MotionApp is a strong plus

  • AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are already part of how you work, not something you’re still figuring out

  • A solid grasp of Meta and Google performance metrics, plus email and landing page insights

  • Native-level English with strong written and verbal communication — your briefs leave no room for guesswork, and you can read between the lines of client feedback naturally

Your Toolkit
ClickUp · MotionApp · Figma · Slack · Loom · Google Suite · ChatGPT · Claude · Gemini
