What We Need

NetBrain is looking for a senior implementation project manager to lead client facing projects by working directly with customers to ensure they are led through the deployment/implementation goals successfully to tee the customer up for success.  

The Impact You'll Make

As an Implementation project manager, you have end-to-end accountability for the overall client facing implementation projects. The role requires someone who can drive project teams to specific milestones, while effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality and predictable outcomes.

In this role you will need to have the ability to support multiple lines of business as well as independently manage client projects.  You will lead client implementation projects (duration of projects ranging from 30-120+ days), partner with internal cross-functional areas such as Sales and Post-Sales to ensure the implementation is successfully deployed to client's environment on a timely manner; helping the customer to understand needs and drive time to value.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely implementations in accordance with prescribed implementation methodology including use cases adoption.
  • Establish a common understanding of project timeline, milestones, escalation path, and expectations on delivery across internal and external teams.
  • Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and goals.
  • Collaborate with project team and client to drive Time to Value for standard use cases.
  • Conduct customer status calls and proactively track, plan, and report on progress including issue and resolution tracking.
  • Serve as the escalation contact for clients on implementation-related issues; partner with internal team to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
  • Execute all phases of the project life cycle and leveraging team expertise to accomplish goals.
  • Maintain detailed project records in support of deployment deliverables and schedules.
  • Utilize various project management functional areas including resource coordination, plus Scope, Timeline, Risk/Issue, Communications, and Dependency Management.

 

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of project management and client services experience, including 3+ years managing ITSM initiatives and/or technical solutions
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair live and virtual meetings with both internal teams and external clients
  • Results-oriented self-starter with strong client-facing skills; able to manage expectations, build relationships, and guide clients through technology or change management initiatives while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Proven problem-solving ability; able to maintain progress in the face of obstacles and deliver results on time
  • Collaborative team player with strong team building, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across all levels of an organization
  • Experience with technical hardware, networking, and systems applications
  • Active PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification a plus
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification a plus
  • Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.
  • Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.

For this role, the estimated OTE is $85,000 - $100,000. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
