Corporate Investigations Security Specialist

Prosegur Global Risk Services (GRS) is the corporate security advisory division of Prosegur, the world's third-largest security company, operating in 34 countries with over 175,000 employees. GRS delivers enterprise-grade protective services, risk intelligence, embedded staffing, and virtual security operations center (vSOC) solutions to Fortune 500 clients across a wide range of industries. Our Risk Operations Center (ROC) in Lowell, MA serves as the operational hub for program delivery, client management, and critical support functions—including the scheduling, billing, and workforce management infrastructure that underpins every service we provide.

Job Overview

Prosegur Global Risk Services (GRS) is seeking a skilled, trilingual Corporate Investigations Security Specialist to support an embedded global corporate security program based in Miami, FL. This full-time position conducts and manages complex corporate investigations involving fraud, misconduct, workplace violence, threats, and due diligence while serving as a trusted liaison across business units, Legal, HR, Compliance, and law enforcement. The role supports investigations across North America, Latin America, and Brazil and requires professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The specialist will work on high-stakes, cross-border matters with access to senior security leadership, GRS resources, mentorship, and professional development.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead and manage complex investigations involving fraud, misconduct, workplace threats, and third-party due diligence from intake through resolution and reporting.
  • Conduct complainant, witness, and subject interviews in English, Spanish, and Portuguese across U.S. and international locations.
  • Collect, analyze, and securely maintain evidence and prepare objective, legally defensible reports with findings and recommended actions.
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, Compliance, business leadership, law enforcement, and regulatory agencies on domestic and international investigations.
  • Support vendor and third-party due diligence and screening programs.
  • Analyze case data to identify trends, systemic risks, and security mitigation opportunities.
  • Develop investigative training and participate in GRS professional development and mentoring.
  • Maintain confidentiality, chain of custody, Prosegur standards, and perform other investigative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Two to five years of corporate or criminal investigative experience in law enforcement, military intelligence/counterintelligence, government, corporate security, private investigations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the investigative lifecycle, including planning, interviewing, evidence collection and analysis, adjudication, and report writing.
  • Working knowledge of criminal justice, regulatory frameworks, and legal standards applicable to corporate investigations.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, analytical ability, and written communication skills, including preparation of legally defensible reports.
  • Ability to work extended hours and travel approximately 10%, including internationally and on short notice.
  • CFE, CPP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Latin American or Brazilian investigative experience preferred.
  • Experience with case management systems, OSINT/open-source investigative tools, workplace violence prevention, threat assessment, or insider threat programs preferred.
