MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer oriented Enterprise AI Security Engineer for a new initiative. This effort supports the rapid design, deployment, operation, and sustainment of enterprise-scale AI, data, and mission platform capabilities across the cloud, edge, and classified operational environment.

This role supports Authorization and Accreditation (A&A), Risk Management Framework (RMF) ATO, runtime security, and Zero Trust implementation for enterprise AI systems. You will integrate security and policy enforcement across the AI platform.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

       Lead and manage Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) activities under the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for enterprise AI systems.

       Design and implement Zero Trust architectures and robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

       Develop and enforce runtime security policies using tools like Open Policy Agent (OPA).

       Integrate AI governance practices and implement classification-aware access control.

       Manage compliance documentation and evidence gathering using platforms like XACTA and/or eMASS.

Minimum Qualifications:

       7 or more years of experience in Information System Security Engineering (ISSE) or A&A/RMF compliance. Relevant additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

       In-depth, practical experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and obtaining an Authority to Operate (ATO).

       Expertise in security architecture design, including Identity Management and Zero Trust principles.

       Demonstrated experience with compliance documentation platforms or policy enforcement tools.

       Proven experience designing, building, securing or monitoring scalable solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Azure Security Center).

Preferred Qualifications:

       Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

       Experience implementing Keycloak for identity integration.

       Professional security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, RMF certification).

       Direct experience integrating security controls into AI/ML or LLM solutions.

Clearance Requirements:

       TS/SCI with ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph 

Physical Requirements:

       The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

       Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

       Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.


The projected compensation range for this position is $141,500.00-$236,000.00.
