  • Tableau Desktop / Tableau Prep Development
  • Design, create, publish, and maintain Tableau dashboards, visualizations, and reports based on stakeholder and business requirements.
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive dashboards to support business intelligence, operational analytics, and decision-making processes.
  • Utilize Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep to transform, prepare, and publish reporting assets into segregated Development, Test, and Production environments.
  • Ensure dashboards and reporting artifacts follow designated organizational style guides and reporting standards.
  • Design reporting content in compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards, ensuring accessibility and usability requirements are met.
  • Enhance existing Tableau content and implement improvements based on business and stakeholder feedback.

Erwin Administration

  • Administer and maintain Erwin Data Modeler, Mart Portal, and ER360 environments.
  • Manage software licenses, seat allocations, and ensure accurate tracking of license utilization across the organization.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of Erwin users, including access provisioning, permissions management, and training enablement.
  • Perform upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support for Mart Portal and ER360 server environments.
  • Ensure metadata, documentation, and data modeling repositories remain current and operational.

Platform Operations & Support:

  • Work with multiple enterprise data sources and maintain reliable refresh schedules and reporting pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues, investigate incidents, and resolve technical problems in accordance with organizational SLAs and support procedures.
  • Process and manage ServiceHub tickets while adhering to defined lifecycle standards, escalation paths, and response timelines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to prioritize issues, enhancements, and operational requests.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Create and maintain detailed technical, operational, and design documentation for new deployments, implementations, upgrades, and reporting projects.
  • Produce robust documentation supporting architecture decisions, deployment processes, governance models, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Provide consistent weekly status updates and communicate deliverables, risks, blockers, and project progress to management.
  • Maintain operational transparency through regular reporting, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
