Program Integrator, Senior
The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to lead and direct messaging and provide strategic guidance in support of a pre and post-award Department of Defense (DoD) program? Have you been a leader on both sides of the acquisition and contract lifecycle? Can you develop innovative solutions via written products to resolve complex problems? As a DoD Acquisition Management Professional, you'll work closely with our DoD clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives, and ensuring our client's mission is our mission. We're looking for someone like you be a leader and direct liaison to the Government client.
This is an opportunity to work with Booz Allen colleagues and government clients from various DoD and other government agencies to architect and plan large-scale space and ground system acquisition programs. You'll help the DoD integrate the Global Positioning System (GPS) space, ground, and user segments across the enterprise and manage technical projects, including performance, cost, schedule, and risk. You'll provide acquisition knowledge and counsel to the program office, develop stakeholder engagement strategies, and deliver procurement request packages. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you'll lead meaningful acquisition support. You Have:
  • 15+ years of experience with DoD acquisition systems, program management, leadership, and business operations
  • Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical program baselines
  • Experience with project and program execution
  • Experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships including PAE, SAE, and operator or user communities
  • Experience as a Senior Material Lead (SML), Material Lead (ML), Product Support Manager (PSM), or served as a deputy SML, ML, or PSM
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
  • Experience being a self-starter in crafting or writing strategic communications
  • Ability to facilitate and contribute to cross-functional efforts across contracts, budgets, and engineering teams and collaborate in professional environments
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with the PNT mission areas, including Space, Ground, or User Equipment
  • Experience with U.S. Space Force systems and organizations
  • Experience analyzing program-level and enterprise-level integrated master schedules
  • Experience with collaboration tools including Confluence and Jira
  • Experience with the development and execution of DoD acquisition strategies
  • Experience with Source Selections and Technical Evaluations
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, team building, leadership, and communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree
  • Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Program Management Level I Certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
