Position Overview

Sea View Counseling Center is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team on a full-time basis. In this essential role, you will engage with clients via a remote setting, conducting thorough assessments of their mental health status, and developing personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering their emotional well-being. This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed initial assessments of clientsโ€™ mental health conditions to develop appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs.
  • Engage in regular therapy sessions with clients, which may include individual counseling, group therapy, and crisis intervention.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tools to facilitate dialogue and equip clients with the skills needed to manage their mental health challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and interactions within our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Provide guidance and resources for clients dealing with various issues, such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Sea View Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele that encompasses a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications
