Role Overview: We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space.

This remote, part‐time contract role sits at the intersection of artistic expression and academic rigor. We are looking for individuals with a deep background in Literature and the Humanities to help train AI models. You will be responsible for creating high‐quality creative writing (fiction, poetry, narrative) while also evaluating the model's ability to analyze literary texts, discuss historical contexts, and handle complex humanities subjects with nuance and depth.

Key Responsibilities: Write original, high‐level creative pieces (stories, scripts, poems) to serve as training data for style, voice, and narrative structure. Evaluate and grade AI responses to complex prompts involving literary analysis, historical interpretation, or philosophical reasoning. Critique the AI's ability to mimic specific literary styles or historical voices, providing detailed feedback on anachronisms or tonal inconsistencies.

Create prompts that test the model's knowledge of the Humanities, from analyzing themes in classic literature to summarizing historical movements. Rewrite AI‐generated content to elevate the prose from "passable" to "literary quality," focusing on metaphor, rhythm, and vocabulary choice.
