HubSpot Revenue / Business Operations Specialist

Location/Type: Remote (U.S.)
Pay: $60,000-$70,000 base + 10% bonus
Schedule: Full-time, standard U.S. business hours

A fast-growing PE-backed professional services organization is rolling out a new enterprise HubSpot instance. This is a net-new role. You help design it, clean it, and scale it.

You'll report to the Chief of Staff and work directly with the SVP of Business Development, Head of Marketing, SVP of Enterprise Sales, business unit leaders, and the CEO.

What you'll do
  • Own HubSpot data hygiene across contacts, companies, deals
  • Build and optimize automated workflows
  • Manage pipeline stages and enforce CRM discipline
  • Build dashboards for MBRs and QBRs
  • Track conversion rates, velocity, pipeline coverage
