• Provide weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions through secure video conferencing to adult clients facing a variety of psychological and emotional disorders.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to create comprehensive treatment plans that address all aspects of a client's mental health.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and track clients' progress through functional improvement measures to modify treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain current and accurate clinical documentation utilizing our user-friendly counselor portal, enhancing workflow and reducing administrative burdens.

• Engage in weekly consultation sessions for professional support, reflecting our commitment to continuous learning and clinical development.

The clients you will serve range across diverse backgrounds and experiences, each facing unique emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, and crisis situations. The distinct approach of our Crisis Care Program allows counselors to work with individuals at heightened risk, providing timely, goal-oriented interventions. Training opportunities in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) framework further enhance your capabilities in addressing the needs of our most vulnerable members.

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Experience delivering therapeutic services through telehealth platforms.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies, especially CBT and other cognitive approaches.

• Prior knowledge or training in CAMS is a plus.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting the level of expertise and commitment required. Our organizational structure offers 1099 or W2 employment options based on state licensure and demand.
