Location: Remote
Hours: Set Your Own Schedule
Pay: $25.00/hr

We believe that confidence, clarity, and genuine connection are the foundation of academic success. Our tutors support students across the United States through flexible, remote sessions that meet learners where they are.

Learner Education is currently partnered with the Georgia Promise Scholarship Program and is actively seeking qualified tutors who hold an active Georgia PSC (Professional Standards Commission) Certificate

This posting is specifically for tutors certified in the state of Georgia. Candidates must hold an active Georgia PSC certification and be able to provide proof of certification during the interview process.

We are currently looking for tutors who can support students across the following subjects and grade ranges:

Priority Subject Areas:
Math | K-12th Grade
Science | K-12th Grade 

Please note: Tutors are not expected to cover every grade level from K-12th. We are open to educators who specialize in specific grade bands or subject areas, and we are building coverage across multiple tutors with varying certifications and teaching strengths.

Requirements

To ensure the best experience for students, applicants must meet all requirements listed below.

Active Georgia PSC (Professional Standards Commission) Certification required
Must provide proof of active certification during the interview process
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum 2.5 years of relevant professional teaching and/or tutoring experience
Minimum 1 year of professional online tutoring or teaching experience
Strong understanding of U.S. curriculum standards and grading expectations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide engaging and student centered online instruction
Tutors with availability during peak tutoring hours Monday through Thursday, 3pm - 11pm Eastern, are able to connect with more students. Broader weekday and weekend availability is a plus
Fast and reliable internet connection
Computer or laptop with microphone and camera required.
Quiet and professional tutoring environment
