• Conduct initial intake and preparation for services, including thorough biopsychosocial assessments and evaluations for medical necessity.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their unique goals are met and exceeded through innovative and creative therapy tools.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation regarding assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely manner in adherence to company protocols and HIPAA regulations.
• Provide ongoing counseling sessions that foster a therapeutic relationship with clients, allowing them to explore emotional challenges and develop coping strategies.
• Regularly update and review treatment plans as necessary to respond to client progress and changes in their circumstances.
• Work alongside families, referral sources, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Attend clinical staff meetings, individual supervision, training, and other professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain active registration with the relevant licensing board while also utilizing clinical supervision to work towards licensure.

In this role, you will provide services to a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. By utilizing a compassionate approach, you will work with clients from different cultural backgrounds, helping them navigate emotional and mental health challenges with understanding and acceptance.

• A Master’s degree in one of the behavioral health sciences from an accredited institution is required.
• Proven experience in completing biopsychosocial assessments, creating treatment plans, and writing clinical progress notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that facilitate effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries, showcasing ethical practice in all client interactions.
• Organizational skills that enable timely completion of documentation and management of a client caseload under the guidance of the Clinic Director.
• A willingness to enhance understanding and support of mental health initiatives within the broader community.

• Experience working with a diverse client base and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Previous involvement in community service or outreach programs related to mental health.
